Records Request

The records at Laurel Hill Cemetery serve as an important resource for those doing genealogical research and we are happy to assist you in finding more information for the completion of your family tree. Recently, The Friends of Laurel Hill Cemetery have completed Phase Five of our Archives Preservation Project: the digitization of our interment records with an online search feature. All proceeds from Records Requests go to offset online monthly maintenance fees for the interment records and towards general preservation of the archives.

Records Requests

Records Requests include:

1. Copies of all burial permits and sales information
2. A map with lot location clearly indicated
3. Any additional items such as obituaries, personal histories, historic photos, etc.

Records Request rates are as follows:
$25.00 per lot + $5.00 shipping & handling (if mailed)

If your lot has extensive records or large numbers of burials we will contact you for alternate pricing within a week.

If you are located out of the area or have interests in headstones or epitaphs, we can provide high-resolution photos of the lot for $2.50 per photo.

We will complete your research inquiry as soon as possible, but please be aware that assistance is provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Orders generally take two weeks to process. If your order has been delayed beyond that period, we will contact you.
