40th Anniversary Artwork Submissions

40th Anniversary Artwork Submissions

The Friends of Laurel Hill Cemetery welcome your submissions to our retrospective gallery exhibit titled “Laurel Hill Circa…”

Entries should specifically reflect or reference Laurel Hill between the years of 1978 and 2018. Entries can include original renderings of the site, ranging from drawings, paintings, sculpture, collage, mixed media, or photography. You are also welcome to include a small written piece alongside your submission, provided it still meets the sizing guidelines (please see below).

Submission does not guarantee placement. Final selections will be made by a committee of Laurel Hill’s internal peers. The Friends of Laurel Hill Cemetery retain the right to display all selected submissions for the duration of the exhibit. Artwork may be used for promotional purposes in print, or online, with credit to the artist(s). Monetary compensation will not be provided in exchange for submissions. All final selections will be credited only with the name(s) of the contributor(s), the title of the text or artwork if applicable, and the date of copyright. Selected contributors will be invited to attend a special reception upon the exhibit’s opening. Submissions are limited to three per individual. Each submission must be accompanied by the attached, completed form.
