Themed Tour, Saturday, June 11 from 1 to 3 PM at Laurel Hill Cemetery
William Shakespeare created larger-than-life characters. Laurel Hill is the final resting place of larger-than-life characters with Shakespearean connections. Hear the story of the scholar who used Yorick’s skull to expose fraudulent mediums; the judge who turned a sonnet into an annual tradition and the opera star who could legitimately say that he not only sang songs by Shakespeare, but that he sang with Shakespeare.
