Grief is a natural response to loss and when we allow ourselves
to mourn, we can honor the pain that is felt and let go. Meditation is a
wonderful and gentle tool in the process of mourning. Kirsten Bryant,
a meditation and yoga instructor, will guide guests through a meditation that
reflects on grief and loss followed by a discussion in this evening
The guided meditation is free and will take place on Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at 6:00 pm, at Laurel Hill’s Gatehouse at 3822 Ridge Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19132. Free parking is located in the lot across the street from the Gatehouse.
A $5 donation is suggested and reservations are required, as space is limited. Donations can be made at the door.
