Grief is a natural response to loss and when we allow ourselves
to mourn, we can honor the pain that is felt and let go. Meditation is a
wonderful and gentle tool in the process of mourning. Kirsten Bryant,
a meditation and yoga instructor, will guide guests through a meditation that
reflects on grief and loss followed by a discussion in this evening
The guided meditation is free and will take place on Wednesday, June 24, 2020 at 6:00 pm, virtually through a Zoom meeting. A What to Expect email will be sent to all ticket holders before the talk starts with information on how to log in. (Please note, RSVPs will be open until 5 pm on Wednesday, June 24, 2020.) The event is free but donations of any size to the Friends are appreciated. Donations can be made through the ticketing link.
