Walking Tour beginning at West Laurel Hill Cemetery on Sunday, October 3, 2021, at 1:00 pm
Philadelphia is known as one of the best beer-drinking cities in the country and earned this reputation for many reasons. This walking tour will focus on the history of beer in our great city and the permanent residents of sister cemeteries, Laurel Hill and West Laurel Hill, who produced, distributed, and enjoyed it. After you meet some of our notable beer barons, your guide, an award-winning homebrewer, and certified beer judge, Mike Lewandowski, will lead you through a tasting of local beers.
