Members-Only: "Cemeterrarium" Workshop

Members-Only:

Friday, June 12, 2020 at 10:00 am

Members-only programs are exclusive to active members of the Friends of Laurel Hill & West Laurel Hill Cemeteries. As a benefit of your membership donation, supporters are invited to get a view of our cemeteries that no ordinary visitor will ever experience with special programs, lectures, and tours.

What do you get when you combine the setting of Laurel Hill Cemetery with the allure of a small containerized planting? You get a “Cemeterrarium”! Join our horticulturist, Gregg Tepper, for a not-to-miss one-hour workshop and create an adorable glass terrarium complete with succulents, soil and, yes, even miniature tombstones. The class fee includes the instruction, 6” glass container, soil, plants, and accessories; you provide the enthusiasm!

The program will take place on Friday, June 12th at 10:00 am via Zoom. Program attendees will be emailed an access code and link. *Registration for this program is now closed. Members who registered will receive an email with more details soon.

This program is $25 and for members only. Space is extremely limited so RSVP today to reserve your spot. Members must be registered in advance to attend. If you are not a member and want to join us, you can join here.

Note: There will not be a wait list for this program.
