January is often the month we associate with new beginnings and renewal. Renewal is a process of transforming something stagnant into something charged with life. This guided meditation will help you to relax and renew the mind and body. Using your breath, you will be invited to welcome in healing energy; clearing negativity and creating space for new opportunities and growth. Kirsten Bryant,
a meditation and yoga instructor, will guide guests through a renewal meditation followed by a discussion in this evening
workshop.
The workshop is free and will take place on Wednesday, January 6, 2021, 2020 at 6:00 pm, virtually through a Zoom meeting. A Zoom link will be in your confirmation email upon registration and a reminder email will be sent out before the start of the program. The event is free but donations of any size to the Friends are appreciated. Donations can be made through the ticketing link.
